We work with small and large Community Care Agencies in the private, local government and non profit sector and focus on the Continuous Improvement of their service assisting them to be the best they can be. Our principal consultant has experience across these sectors and this adds great value to what we can offer our clients.

We have a broad range of project experience with Government funded agencies, residential care services, hospitals, youth services and early childhood services. We are passionate about capability building and enabling people to continue to live the lives they want to lead. Delivering service and process reviews, Co design projects, performance coaching and adhoc projects. We provide tender and grant writing for applications.

For smaller organisations who don’t have the resources for a permanent Quality Manager, People advisor, short term Project Officer or consultant we provide the skills and advice to support this function at a fraction of the cost of employing a permanent employee in a role. We are nimble and responsive to our clients requirements.

Our passion is the end product. We focus on what the person receiving the service needs and work with organisations to achieve that with the best quality and value. We apply a number of methodologies, including LEAN, to ensure that we can review, develop and inspire staff to be the best they can be by applying a strengths based approach to our work.
