QSI
We are a highly skilled and inquisitive bunch who care deeply about enabling organisations to deliver the best outcomes for the people they support. We focus on understanding, reviewing and creating options for service delivery, while walking alongside organisations.
We jump into projects, understanding the challenges, the strengths and goals of organisations with a foocus on progressing and building capacity. Sometimes we work for a short perriod with an organisation, facilitating discussion and delivering a Strategic Plan and other times we will work on a 6 month project that involved research, community engagement, benchmarking, review and service design. We start with a conversation about what is needed and we develop an approach in consultation with our clients.

Beth Scott
Principal Consultant, Beth Scott, is an experienced service improvement and quality specialist who has worked in the non profit, private, local government and state government sector.
Beth is an advocate for the delivery of high quality services. She works with organisations to ensure that the processes and the people are optimised to enhance service outcomes for the end user.
Beth is particularly passionate about improving service provision in Aged Care, Disability, Childrens and Youth Services. She also works with many Aboriginal lead Organisations. Beth started her career in Aged Care over 20 years ago, with key focus areas of operations, quality, safety and projects.
With studies in education, social sciences, Aboriginal health and Gerontology, she has recently completed her Masters in Gerontology. Beth also holds a Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment and is a qualified ISO accreditation auditor.
Depending on the project, skills required and budget, Beth determines the team of professionals to deliver the best outcome.
Consultants
We have a range of talented consultants that work with us to support the service we deliver to clients. The projects we deliver are extremely varied in nature so we have project officers, an editor, auditors and health consultants that we assign to our projects according to what we determine is required. We do this in close consultation with our clients.
Collaboration
We collaborate with other businesses to meet with the diverse and exciting requests we receive from clients and to enable us to provide the best outcomes. We think differently and seek to provide unique solutions, this requires partnerships on some projects. We deliver projects, training, support, stakeholder engagement and evaluation across a range of settings therefor it is vital we seek to partner with other businesses that we know can compliment our skill set and enable us to successfully deliver the best project outcomes.
